Sanju Samson is a cricketer, batsman and wicketkeeper play for Delhi Daredevils in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Sanju' dad worked for Indian Police Services and because his dad, Sanju could make his career in cricket. Sanju Samson was sold to Rajasthan Royals for ₹ 8 Crore for IPL in 2018.
He was born on 11th November 1994 in Trivandrum, India to Lijy and Samson Viswanath. He is the youngest player to score a half-century in the Indian Premier League and Champions League 20-20. His dad Samson Viswanath worked as a police constable in Delhi Police. He went to Rosary Senior Secondary School, Delhi, and St. Joseph's Higher Secondary School, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Presently he is pursuing BA from Mar Ivanios College, Trivandrum.

Sanju began his professional profession in 2011 when he was chosen in the domestic cricket team of Kolkata. He played his first IPL in 2012 and he was purchased by Kolkata Knight Riders. Sanju just played one season with the group as in 2013 he began playing for Rajasthan Royals. The year 2013 was a defining moment for Sanju as he performed astoundingly well in Asia Cup series and amid that series, he played for Under 19 Cricket team of India. Later in 2016, he was purchased by Delhi Daredevils and he is still playing for Delhi Daredevils. It is realized that he likewise played cricket for India's International cricket group.
Sanju was the youngest IPL player who could score a half-century against Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians.
